Technical Support Representative

We are looking for dedicated, proactive individuals to become a critical part of our team. You will work in our 24/7 technology center in west Houston, where you will monitor rig data as it is received via the internet. You will learn how to check the data for accuracy and completeness and to work within our team to provide solutions to our customers.

Field Support Technician

Required Experience:

Any experience with drilling data or information technology is a plus but not required. We can teach you what you need to do the job. You must be willing to learn and have good people skills as you will be interacting with our clients.

Job Duties:

  • Install and Maintain equipment at customer field location.
  • Train and verify proper operation of products at customer corporate and field location.
  • Respond to customer problems, investigate, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Report problems and repairs to supervisor and appropriate team members.
  • Provide customers with remote and onsite support for the field and corporate customers.
  • Assist in the monitoring of client data as it is received from the field.
  • Will be responsible for creating and turning in there own service tickets for work completed and turned in at close of business each day.
  • Work closely with fellow team members to ensure complete customer service.

Technical Sales/Field Support Supervisor

Required Experience:

Job Duties:

  • Search for potential clients while maximizing customer potential.
  • Travel to potential clients, and current customers, for training and advanced support.
  • Preparing reports and training materials.
  • Making technical presentations & demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance & training.
  • Provide training and producing support material for internal team members.
  • Supervises region specific Field Support Engineers.
  • Provides updates and requested information of region specific data to management.
  • Work closely with fellow team members to ensure complete customer service.

Systems Analyst

Job DUTIES:

The duties of the Technical Support Analyst are first and foremost to resolve all issues for Dynamic Drilling Systems clients.

  • Provide telephone and email support for customers.
  • Report issues in a timely manner to the appropriate Supervisor and/or team member for complete resolution.
  • Update/create issue tickets with issues, resolutions, maintenance and work performed on each client.
  • Repair and maintain all equipment in the Houston office for each team of Dynamic Drilling Systems.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve production and test problems for clients with speed and accuracy to maximize client efficiency.
  • Monitor clients well locations, and work in a proactive manner to resolve downtime before the client experiences any issues.
  • Will be responsible for creating and turning in their own service tickets for work completed and turned in at close of business each day.
